Predator Catcher groups from around the country descend on Pennsylvania to expose adults trying to meet children for s@x.
Over 1,000 individuals have been caught on camera by citizen groups across Pennsylvania, trying to meet what they believed to be a child for s@x.
The list of individuals caught is eye opening, including White House personnel, U.S. Supreme Court staff, law enforcement officers, prison guards, attorneys, school teachers, college professors, PA State employees, elected officials, dentists and even pastors.
More than 100 have been successfully prosecuted, but unfortunately many of the cases against powerful individuals preying on your vulnerable children have gone unprosecuted by Attorney General Dave Sunday, County DA’s and State and local police.
The problem is so out of control, multiple individuals are being exposed every week. Some have been caught multiple times.
This week a nationally known predator hunter group, Jidion from EDP Watch exposed a man in Lewistown, PA who tried to meet a 13 year old girl. Lewistown Police refused to arrest the man even with a confession and gave him a fist pump and told him to go home. Lewistown Police Officer Corporal Kenneth McLaughlin refused to take the evidence of the felonies committed.
Last week the Perry County District Attorney Clay Merris’s office refused to take evidence from nationally known, 814Pred Hunters, child predator catch team of a man from Newport trying to meet what he believed to be a child.
The man tried to meet what he believed to be a child at a local ice cream shop to take into the woods to have s@x.
21-year-old, Vincent Elderkin purchased condoms for the encounter and previously sent numerous videos pleasuring himself to the decoy.
814Pred Hunters team contacted the Perry County District Attorney, Clay Merris office, days before the arraigned meet up, but was told by the Chief County Detective that the Perry County DA does not work with predator catch teams and declined taking evidence of the felonies being committed.
On June 25, 2026, 814Pred Hunters team exposed a 34-year-old, Michael Rosebosky from
Scottsdale, PA (Westmoreland County), who arranged to meet what he believed to be a
child for s@x.
Michael Rosebosky is currently on Megan’s List and house arrest after a previous conviction relating to an incident with a child.
Rosebosky arranged to meet up with an 814Pred Hunters decoy.
Before arranging the meet up, Rosebosky sent multiple videos to what he believed was a
child, pleasuring himself.
Prior to the arranged meet up, 814Pred Hunters team contacted the Westmoreland County DA’s office to arrange the arrest of the man on felony charges, and spoke to a County Detective who stated the PA State Police will call you.
A corporal with the PA State Police in Greensburg called 814Pred Hunters and said that he had just spoken to a Westmoreland County Detective and DA Nicole Zicarelli and she directed the State Police not to respond or arrest the individual.
When a White House staffer was exposed by 814 Pred Hunters in Johnstown, Pa, law enforcement collected the evidence, but then Cambria County law enforcement illegally deleted all the evidence of the messages off the 814Pred Hunters decoys phone and returned it to factory settings and then declined to prosecute the individual before returning the phone.
Harrisburg police openly admit Republican Dauphin County DA, Fran Chardo directs them not to collect evidence or make arrests of adults caught coming to meet children. One individual caught was already a convicted s*x offender who tried to meet up with a child to take her back to his apartment. Harrisburg police refused to respond to the 911 call. More than half a dozen individuals caught, were never prosecuted in the state capital city of Pennsylvania.
Republican Westmoreland County DA Nicole Ziccarelli refuses to prosecute six individuals including an elected official and law enforcement officer who wanted to bring a matching bra and underwear set in exchange for the child’s virginity.
Two PSP Troopers, Officer Daniel Grabowski and Michael Kowalski from Westmoreland County, responded to a call of a 24 year old illegal alien Chris Martinez Villanueva, trying to meet a child for s*x at the parking lot of a 5 Below store, the man admitted he was here in the United States illegally and was trying to meet a child for s*x.
The man also said had videos on his phone of children being assaulted as young as five that he would pleasure himself while watching.
What happened next, should shock every taxpayer in the Commonwealth, all captured on video. (in comments)
The State police officer said, his department doesn’t allow them to ask a person's immigration status. and says, "you understand we can't do nothing about this". No evidence taken, no text messages collected, the phone containing child p**n and videos of kindergarten aged children being assaulted was not taken.
The man, a child predator, who was not even allowed in this country was just free to go, to potentially reoffend and allowed to drive off in a vehicle without a driver's license.
In April, police in Hanover York County respond to a 911 call of a man who tried to arrange a meet up with a child. Still no charges filed by Republican York County DA Timothy Barker.
Police in State College respond to a man who admitted trying to meet up with a 15 year old. Police say the Democrat Centre County DA Bernie Cantorna refuses to prosecute multiple cases that have been sent to them by police.
The problem is out of control and Attorney General Dave Sunday refuses to help.
Watch your children, the police will not protect them.
