Before you call the number on the yard sign. Before you tap “Request a Tour” on Zillow. Before you walk into an open house and hand over your info.

Here’s what most people don’t know: any licensed Realtor can show you any listing. It doesn’t matter whose sign is in the yard or which brokerage has it listed. Your person can open that door.

And when you call the listing agent instead, you’re calling the agent who works for the SELLER. Their job is to get their client the best deal — not you.

So use your people. That’s what we’re here for.
