This young man set ambitious goals for himself and worked hard to achieve every one of them. Yesterday, he officially closed escrow on this adorable home, complete with plenty of acreage and room to grow.

Helping him through this milestone brought back so many memories—my husband and I were about his age when we purchased our first home. It's incredibly rewarding to see the next generation taking that same exciting step toward homeownership.
