Fall is officially here 🍂 and a little maintenance now can help prevent bigger headaches once winter hits.

Take some time this season to clean out gutters, check your roof, seal drafty windows and doors, service your HVAC system, disconnect outdoor hoses, test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and look for any moisture or drainage issues around your home.

It’s also a good time to trim back branches, clean dryer vents, check your chimney or fireplace, and make sure your winter supplies are ready to go.

A few small projects now can go a long way toward keeping your home protected, comfortable, and ready for the colder months ahead.
