The housing moratorium has now been pushed back another month. They are saying the reason is due to the virus potentially spreading as tenants move out. At some point, they will need to just move forward with the eviction process and allow the landlords to gain some control again. I don't think prolonging this will really change much.

Administration officials said this will be the final time they push back the deadline.

With the foreclosure and eviction moratorium period ending, we should be seeing some change in the upcoming months ➡️. Landlords will be able to evict after struggling to receive rent for the past year. We will also see new homes for sale on the market due to either default or landlords that will now be selling. The ban will allow the market to potentially return back to some level of normality ✨.

The end of federal foreclosure and eviction moratoriums is on the horizon, leaving many wondering, "what's next?"
