August is basically a blur of practices, school supply lists, early mornings, late nights, packed calendars, and trying to remember which kid is supposed to be where. 🏈 📚 🩷

Thirty-plus homes, a lot of miles on my SUV, and one very determined buyer later… we’re officially under contract! 🏡✨🙌 We weren’t just looking for any home—-we were looking for the right home!
Now on to inspections, and I’ve got a really good feeling that this is the one we’ve been waiting for. 🔑 🩷

Because of their courage, we get to enjoy the little moments that matter most…family, home, laughter, and the life we sometimes take for granted.

This closing is bittersweet 🩷 I helped my clients purchase this home after we sold their Sun City home 3 years ago, and today we officially sold it.
It’s not easy say goodbye but my client will carry these memories with her as she moves into the next chapter. 🏡
From a market perspective- I am excited to report that we had this home under contract in 9 short days and closed at full price! 🙌

We spent the day getting to know each other, touring 7 homes, dialing in the must-haves, and narrowing down the perfect areas. We’re not rushing it… we’re finding the one 🏡
