June 10, 2025 is a date we won’t forget.

What started as a normal day at our Land O’ Lakes location quickly turned into an emergency when a fire broke out on the roof. Within minutes, first responders were on site, and while the fire was contained to the roof, the water used to put it out affected part of our space.

In the middle of the chaos, one thing was clear — this community is stronger than any setback.

From the firefighters who acted quickly, to our team who immediately went into solution mode, to our members who showed patience, encouragement, and unwavering support… we felt it all.

This video shares a glimpse into that moment and the road to recovery that followed.

We’ve been rebuilding with purpose — restoring what was damaged and improving wherever we can. Adversity tested us, but it also reminded us why we do what we do.

4 & Co has never just been about offices or coworking. It’s about people. And because of you, we’re coming back stronger than ever.

Thank you for standing with us. The story isn’t over — it’s just entering a new chapter.
