PGCAR is the voice of the REALTOR®, working to ensure public policy that encourages home owne

rship in Prince George's County and the Washington, DC region. PGCAR also serves the business needs of its members by providing education, networking opportunities, news, information and many more services to give REALTORS® the tools they need to be successful. The association is deeply involved with the county's Livable Communities Initiative (LCI), which works to implement principles that result in a healthy, safe, litter-free environment and promote more livable communities in Prince George's County. Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday 9am-5pm

Lockboxes and Memberships are processed between 9:30am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

Mortgage Rates Decline

30-year FRM: 6.47%, down from 6.52% ~ Last year: 6.81%
15-year FRM: 5.81%, down from 5.84% ~ Last year: 5.96%

The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage decreased this week averaging 6.47%. Incoming data continues to reflect a resilient consumer, with retail sales improving and pending home sales strengthening, suggesting purchase demand is continuing to modestly improve.
