In the midst of this spike I wanted to pass on a few tips that I have been doing to keep myself extra safe.
1. using Oregano essential oil daily
2. adding Garlic to just about everything we eat
3. washing hands constantly
4. not reusing plates, dishes, or cups. easy to re-use so you have fewer dishes to do, but not anymore.
5. wiping down high touch areas more often.
6. making fewer trips out to stores, make a list, and get in and out.
