I don’t really know where to start with one so I’m just going to start. This deal was a little different from your regular real estate transaction but more than worth it. So I had a conversation with my friends grandmother about selling her house that she owned for years but was vacant and needed major repairs. She didn’t want to list it on the market and just wanted to deal with an investor. I told her she’s in great hands because I am also an investor and I partner with several investors in the area. I ensured her that will get all of her closing cost paid and I will get her the price she wanted in all cash. After following up for a year and helping her move things out here and there, she was ready to sell. Today we made it happen and now she call me grandson😊.
