Our team recently leased 1,165 square feet to the artisanal and boozy ice cream parlor. Founded in NYC, Tipsy Scoop is a welcome addition to Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. This space comes with waterfront views and proximity to numerous attractions. They’re celebrating their Grand Opening at 1pm on Saturday with Baltimore-exclusive flavors, giveaways, and more!

Happy New Year from everyone here at NAI Michael!

2025 was a year full of excellent deals and listings. We added 95 new listings and our team completed 220+ sales and leases throughout the year. Our team also welcomed many new faces to our brokerage and property management divisions - Patrice D. Dunmore, Edward Jackson, Michael Scott, Tracey Shore, and Steven Simms Jr.

Our office also hosted and participated in many great industry and community events, from networking happy hours and grand openings to sport field cleanups for a local nonprofit. It's always terrific to connect with professionals that are dedicated to making the DMV a great place to live, work and play.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Senior Vice President Barbara Richman Kahn to the Supervisory Committee of the Prince George's Community Federal Credit Union.

The PGCFC was recently ranked by the Washington Business Journal as one of the Top 10 Credit Unions in the DMV with over $300 million in assets and over 19,500 members.
