👋 Say hello to the newest member of the Chestnut Ridge family Kauheil Marson, but you can call him CJ!

CJ started his journey with Southern Management through the OJT (On-the-Job Training) program and has already made his mark working at several of our sister communities. On June 4, 2025, he officially joined Chestnut Ridge as our newest M3 Service Technician. We couldn’t be more excited have him!

CJ brings a positive attitude, hands-on experience, and a strong work ethic to the team. If you see him around the community, be sure to give him a warm Chestnut Ridge welcome! 🙌🏽
