This drawing is by Anja Rozen, a 13 year old primary school student in Slovenia. She was chosen from 600,000 children around the world to create a piece of art to show what peace looks like. She is the winner of the international Plakat Miru competition.

The role of a home inspector. It has always amazed me, most of our clients on pre-listing home inspections, never knew a lot of what has been happening with their home. Why do we wait until a real estate transaction to get our home inspected? Home inspectors are your greatest asset. We are unbiased. We are not trying to convince you that you need anything. We only have the homeowners’ interests at heart. A great seasoned home inspector is your best ally for the life of your home.
