QREG LLC Update and Public Statement
We have endeavored to improve the situation in this community. On the surface, some individuals desire change but are apprehensive. Our intention was to create something genuinely beneficial here. At this point, it is not about political affiliations. Both parties operate within separate spheres, yet they coexist within the same sphere.
Politically, freedom is accompanied by stringent regulations, restrictions, and rules that can become overly restrictive.
Legally, this county generates millions of dollars in revenue through the imposition of reduced speed limits, which often involves harassment, bullying, and intimidation tactics. The courts are filled with defeated individuals, and judges frequently employ a 'do this, and you won't receive any points' attitude.
In our experience, QREG purchased a property with the intention of constructing a smaller home for a veteran and their family. However, due to the oppressive and communist-like conditions, we can no longer pursue this dream.
In the community of Captains Cove, greed, sabotage, and corruption have been rampant for nearly 50 years. The developer, who is also a slum developer, owns the property. The HOA is antiquated, and they refuse to invest in proper infrastructure, such as electrical and water systems, which would enable me to build on my lot.
Certain members of the community have taken legal action against the developers, but due to corruption and favoritism, they have been unsuccessful.
In the realm of real estate, homes are being constructed that are not suitable for everyone. There are alternative methods for building more affordable and storm-resistant homes. The current conditions are hazardous and potentially life-threatening.
Real estate agents are selling $700,000 homes, making it impossible for young individuals to purchase an American home. The average salary required to buy a home is $121,000, while the average hourly wage is $12.
Unfortunately, some baby boomers and the subsequent generation assume that their children and grandchildren must perpetuate their failed economic and political systems.
The problem lies in the need for the baby boomer generation of politicians and certain individuals to retire and embark on a new chapter.
We will no longer pursue a future here, despite having a great plan. We place blame on those who have failed to effectively perform their duties. There are many wonderful people here, but the stress is taking a toll on me.
As of now and for the foreseeable future, we will take our dream elsewhere.
