PSA:
When you’re ready to sell your home, use a local Realtor, not just anyone you call from online services. I for one pay attention to my listings and my clients.

I reached out to another agent recently about a home in Dewitt as he was the first of two agents on the listing from the MLS.

He will gladly put me in touch with someone, he asked me who was the contact person on the listing 😳

I texted the other agent on the listing…

And if your an agent from out of area listing homes, do better. Our business is based on communication.🤦🏽‍♀️

But if you call me, hire me because I’ll tell you the things that might be hard to hear and I’ll do more than put a sign in your yard and enter the data.🏡

Why add stress to your life and not work with me?

Sellers: Don’t guess at what to do, you might find yourself leaving money on the table as a seller that you didn’t even know existed.

Buyers: NO it doesn’t save you money to use the listing agent! That agent has already signed agency with their client, the SELLER… have me on your side to advocate for you in your 🏡 purchase.

And, YES I’m always on my phone… usually working on some aspect or another related to my clients. Do you really want to take on that burden while trying to represent yourself?
