Lansing Heights Townhomes is looking for a dependable, skilled Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team!

This position supports two apartment communities as needed.

If you have experience with:
✔️ HVAC
✔️ Plumbing
✔️ Electrical
✔️ Appliance Repair
✔️ Drywall & General Maintenance
✔️ 1 -2 years in Multi-Family Housing
