You see a lot of “Just Sold!” and “Under Contract!” posts in real estate.

What you don’t see nearly as often is everything that happens in between.

Unfortunately, not every transaction goes as smoothly as we’d like. Sometimes there are twists, turns, unexpected hurdles, and moments when you have to regroup and figure out the best way forward.

This one went under contract, out of contract…and now BACK UNDER CONTRACT all within a week! 🙌🏡 😅

Getting here took communication, dedication, problem-solving, and a whole lot of negotiation, but we kept working for our sellers and pushing toward the end goal.

Real estate is definitely not for the weak. 💪 😂 But THIS is the part of the job we’re proud of…the work that happens behind the scenes to get our clients to the finish line. 🔑💚

Yesterday was such a special day as we closed on Chase & Holly’s beautiful new home! ❤️

Just last week, we celebrated the successful sale of their previous home, and yesterday we closed on their new one. Coordinating the sale of one home while helping clients purchase another is no small feat, especially in today's market - but everything came together just as planned!
