🚨 Before you wire ANY money for a home, watch this.

Scammers have gotten really good at making emails and wire instructions look legitimate. And when you’re in the middle of buying or selling a home, one wrong click can be a very expensive mistake.

If wire instructions suddenly change, don’t trust the email. Call the title company directly and confirm everything before sending funds.

It only takes a few minutes to double check.

If buying a home has been on your radar, the next few weeks may give you a little more breathing room.

According to Realtor.com, September 27 through October 3 is expected to offer one of the strongest combinations of buyer friendly conditions this year, with more homes to choose from, less competition, better pricing, and more time to make a decision.

And while higher interest rates are still part of the equation, having more negotiating power and more options can make a meaningful difference.

And remember, the opportunity does not disappear after October 3. Buyer friendly conditions are expected to continue throughout October.
