if interest rates were to fall to 3% today, would you be in the market to buy or sell a home?

Everybody has their own financial situation to think about when it comes to Real Estate. But the truth is, people are taking advantage of the market to cash in on the equity they built over the last 5 to 10 years. Some people gaining nearly a hundred thousand In equity since Covid.

What they are noticing is that even though, in some areas and in certain price points that they may have to compete to get the home they love, if interest rates drop back to COVID levels, they may be paying 10-20k over asking for that new house, which will negate any money they are set to save by interest rates dropping if not INCREASE their payment and spending. The best time to buy is yesterday. The second best time, is today.

Listing price is super important! If you list too high, there is a high chance you will do a price reduction and your house will sell below what even is recommended.
