Check out one of our largest remodels to date. This was a bittersweet project. We finished this last Summer and just now got it sold. As much blood, sweat and tears as we put into this remodel, we simply struggled to find the right owner for it. You win some and you lose some... At the end of the day, we will still consider this a successful remodel! From failing roof, broken windows, demo'd basement, leaking pipes and s**g carpet, to a BEAUTIFUL place that these new owners get to call home.

Check out our most recent remodel project that just sold. This is BY FAR my favorite remodel yet. The 'Before & After' is our best one to date. This was completely unlivable and tagged 'Do Not Enter' by the Township. Permits were pulled, unit was professionally remediated and beautifully remodeled. Building Inspector is happy, neighbors are happy, seller was happy and new owner is happy!
