Hey all! Fairfax Apartments is leasing NOW with limited time specials!

We have 1 bedrooms (820 sq. ft), 2 bedrooms 1 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms (1028 sq. ft.)

We're hidden away on Brookside Dr. in Lansing, right down the road from Meijer and the Lansing Mall, at the starting edge of the quiet residential area within the Grand Ledge school district (the bus comes right up to our clubhouse)!

We have an outdoor pool with saunas in the locker room (available year round during office hours). Our clubhouse frequently hosts resident events, and is available to be rented by residents' for their own events, and comes with a kitchenette, living area, and snacks and refreshments available.

Our apartment buildings have underground parking (you get 1 FREE spot, very useful during the winter!), in addition to the standard parking lots, elevators, secured entry with intercoms, and laundry rooms on EVERY floor.

SPECIALS:
-Apply during your tour and place your holding deposit down (refundable up to 72 hours after approval) to receive waived application fees
-Move in within 10 days after applying to receive $500 off your first month's rent
