Good Morning! Here is a friendly tip when you are writing purchase agreements to help your transactions go a bit smoother. If buyer or seller has a common last name; ie, Smith, Jones, Anderson, etc....always provide a middle initial. This will help us narrow down our hits when doing our title search, and speed up the process. :)

Its true cash deals move quicker than lender deals, but there are still steps and processes that need to be done same as lender deals. Please allow for an adequate amount of time to schedule your cash closing after the offer is turned in. :)
