The good: this unit is located at the back of the building in the heart of Old Town; you'll have a prime location to access shops, restaurants and festivals without any of the street noise! The rent includes everything you'd have to pay for separately including all utilities, parking, trash and recycling, wireless, Netflix, Hulu and more! We're located immediately next door to Meat and above the soon-to-open Good Truckin’ restaurant, so you’ll always have amazing smells and a place to go for a wonderful meal. Landlord (and neighbor) is an avid gardener so for three seasons of the year you’ll be surrounded by beautiful flowers and overlook a city block of gardens.

We've had a great time hosting folks as an Airbnb, but have decided to go back to a full-time rental as many new Airbnb options are coming available nearby. Starting January 1, 2024, the Old Town Creole Loft will be available furnished and all inclusive for $1,850 per month or unfurnished for $1,650 per month with a one-year lease. Both prices include all utilities (water, gas and electric), wifi, Netflix and Hulu, one parking space at the base of the stairs, one and a half baths, one bedroom, laundry, a private deck and a great home in Old Town. No pets (sorry!). All potential tenants will require an application with credit check, references and one month security deposit. Send us a message if you're interested!
