Hey wonderful holt families!! If you and your kids attended the Easter Egg hunt at Valhalla Park on April 4th you may have gotten a special egg with a note in It signed by the manager. Bring the note in and redeem for one of these prizes.

A little downpour will never stop our team from making sure the kids get their Easter eggs, candy, & prizes!!! ☔️🍬🍭 Despite our plan B attempt of covering some ground with giant tents the night before, we had to go to plan C morning of. We completely switched gears and converted to a drive-thru, which meant individually bagging over 8,000 eggs to make sure each kid got a share. THANK YOU to all of our volunteers on the bagging assembly line for helping make this possible and for all who drove through!!! TIL NEXT YEAR! ☀️🌈🐥🐰🐴🍫

Spent my Sunday negotiating two different offers for my sellers, running all possible numbers and scenarios to get the best offer possible, and hand cutting over 1,000 flyers to go out on Fat Boys pizza boxes for the Easter Egg Scramble! Just a day in the life!

Spring has sprung. Did I know because the forecast and the sun is shining today? Sure! But I knew it would back in the fall of 2025.

You know why? Because it’s my job and that’s what I do. I predict ahead of time what the market will do. And when the best time to list. And when the best time is to buy.

This week is wild, and I knew it would be. Today is wild, and I knew it would be. But to be validated by all the activity from clients in general, knowing this would be the week things would blow up, is priceless.

Just leaving the coffee shop after doing a Zoom call and extending my knowledge, and now headed to do marketing for my sellers and contacting all my buyers with updates on their contracts, preapprovals, and new listings that we need to go see!

I am nonstop, busy, but I am fierce with what I know and what I can share with you. Contact me if you are thinking of selling or would like to get into something new! Even just information can give you an overall plan for the near future or far future!
