This June, our city proudly celebrates love, inclusion, and community—marked by the Pride flag flying high at City Hall and the Hannah Community Center.

Did you know? East Lansing made history in 1972 as the first city in the nation to pass civil rights protections for gay people. A legacy of progress we’re proud to carry forward.
