Happy Memorial Day Everyone! Here is a beverage recipe for you to try at your Holiday party. Enjoy! Let me know how you like it.

Watermelon Agua Fresca

Ingredients

4 cups cubed watermelon

Juice of 1 lime

2 Tbsp. sugar

3 cups water, divided

1 lime, thinly sliced

Fresh mint sprigs

Directions

Combine watermelon, lime juice, sugar, and 1 cup water in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour watermelon mixture through a mesh strainer into a pitcher and discard solids. Add remaining water and stir to combine. Add half of lime slices to pitcher and save remainder for garnish. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to serve.

Stir before serving. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with mint sprigs and remaining lime slices.

Serves 4

Staging:
Home staging: is the act of preparing your home to be sold.

The goal of staging is to set your home apart from your competitors, in order to sell your home more quickly and for more money.

You can use art, painting, accessories, lights, greenery, furniture, and carpet to stage your home, to give buyers a more attractive first impression of your home.

A few lost cost options to stage your home are:
Hire a professional stagger to create a staging plan for you and do the work yourself. This cost may be
around $350.
If your property is vacant, send pictures of the empty rooms to a virtual stagger to virtually stage your home. This cost can be $200-$400 depending on where you are located.
Hire a professional stagger to stage your home for you. This will be a monthly charge. You can stage a couple of rooms like the entry way, living room, kitchen, master bedroom, (not every room), to keep cost down.
Remember curb appeal! Spruce up the outside of your home to attract more buyers!
