Join us in celebrating Brandon Miller's 5-year anniversary with Michigan Community Capital! 🎉

As our Director of Property Maintenance, Brandon makes sure our buildings are safe, well-run, and great places to live and work. He leads and trains our on-site maintenance teams and brings almost 20 years of experience (plus an HVAC certification) to everything he does.

After 179 years of sitting at 1214 Center st., the Kilbourne-Mead 1847 house has been moved from its original foundation.

The house will continue to shift to the north and sit for a few weeks until it is move to its new location at 1314 Center st.

The move date will be September 30th and take 3 hours to move down the street one block. The time will be announced shortly for those wishing to watch its move.

🎉 Celebrating 6 years! Annie Jenkins, CPA — Chief Operations Officer & Chief Financial Officer at Michigan Community Capital — joined MCC in 2020 and has been instrumental in guiding our financial strategy, growth, and impact ever since.

Before MCC, Annie spent 12+ years in public accounting at Plante & Moran, and she's a former Eastern Michigan University basketball player and MAC champion.
