Pi(e) Day 2026 is in the books! Thanks everyone for coming out on Saturday to pick up your pies. Meanwhile Distinctive Homes Group is busy helping 2026 buyers and sellers reach their goals. Happenings in the last few days - multiple listing appointments scheduled and attended, showings galore, at least one inspection (ask me about it when you see me), lots of negotiating, Heidi has started a new project, and closings scheduled! Whew - no wonder we feel like the spring market is here!
