We were thrilled to welcome guests for an exclusive evening showcasing this limited collection of 22 luxury rental residences. Guests had the opportunity to tour select residences, explore the beautifully landscaped courtyard and private rooftop terrace, and experience the elevated urban lifestyle that makes 370 Brown truly unique.

From signature cocktails to great conversations with our guests, it was a special evening celebrating the completion of this project and the vision behind it.

New Acquisition | Boji Group is excited to announce the acquisition of an 86,000 SF neighborhood shopping center in Fairview Heights, IL.

A big shoutout to our team for successfully closing this transaction. This deal would not have been possible without our partners at Peaceable Street Capital, and we are grateful for their collaboration and support throughout the process.

New Acquisition | Boji Group is excited to announce the addition of Orland Park Marketplace Outlots in Orland Park, IL to our portfolio!

Congrats to our team on successfully completing this acquisition, consisting of three separate buildings totaling 42,870 SF. The properties are 100% occupied and feature national and regional tenants.

We executed this transaction on time, secured favorable debt terms, and delivered double-digit cash-on-cash returns on day one for our investors.
