More homes to choose from, with prices holding steady. That sums up Greater Lansing's August housing market.

Active inventory reached 1,044 homes, up from a year ago. The median sale price held at $250,000, the same as last August. Homes still sold quickly, in a median of 12 days, and sellers received close to their full asking price.
