Scammers are becoming more creative, and there's a new scam making its way around tik tok!

They're stealing photos from actively listed homes and reposting them as "rentals" to collect deposits and application fees from unsuspecting people.

If you come across a rental listing that seems questionable or you're wondering if it's legitimate, please reach out to me before sending any money or personal information. I'm happy to verify whether it's a real rental or a scam.

A quick message could save you thousands of dollars and a lot of heartbreak. Please share this post so more people are aware.
