Today's Spotlight: Ched Edler with Latter & Blum

Ched became licensed in 1986 for real estate. Since then he's continually shown how a real estate agent acts. Ched doesn't rush through the process with you. No, he's right there with you through the entire buying or selling process. He makes sure his clients know exactly what they are signing. Ched doesn't allow the notary or anyone else to just "shuffle papers" in front of you to sign. He will literally stop the meeting to explain just so you understand what's going on. Ched began his career doing what most did in the 80s and 90s, working the expired listings. An expired listing is when a house has been on the market for 6 months and hasn't sold. After the 6 months are up, any agent can try to sell it. Ched worked the listings to get his inventory up and to show what he was (and still is) capable of doing. Today, he is still working hard at being the best agent a client can hire. Have questions? Ask him! Getting cold feet? Talk to him! Ched has the skills and knowledge to keep you grounded when you might need it the most.
