The board has approve having the exterior of all front entry doors repainted to a solid "grey". Also, rotted hardi-plank siding will be replaced. Expect this work to be undertaken soon. Notices will be distributed.

The annual meeting of the Membership of the Fairway Village Condominium Association will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 6:00 pm at: Cypress Property Management, 133 Belle Terre Blvd., LaPlace, La. 70068.

Every Owner is encouraged to attend. The matters to be discussed and/or voted upon have a direct bearing on your investment in Fairway Village. Sharing your point of view is encouraged.

Attention:
A Brown/Gold Dodge Ram truck License Plate dumped a mattress inside the dumpster corral on Sunday, March 24 at 1:04 pm.

The mattress MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES BY FRIDAY. If it is not removed by Friday, we will be turning over the truck description, license plate and film footage to the St. John Sheriff’s Office. This will result in a $500.00 illegal dumping ticket,
And a fine to the owner if someone has to be hired to remove it from the premises.

Residents - The security cameras are live. We have recorded several individuals dumping their trash in the dumpster enclosure and not in the dumpster. You MUST place your trash inside the dumpster. ALL VIOLATORS WILL BE FINED! Additionally, NO furniture or mattresses etc are allowed to be disposed of in our enclosure or dumpster. You must haul these items away on your own, again VIOLATORS WILL BE FINED!.
