The last couple of weeks in real estate have been a whirlwind! Exhausting at times, but incredibly rewarding. ❤️🏡

And behind every one of those numbers is a completely different story. I’ve had the opportunity to help a family prepare for a move out of state, a retired couple begin the process of downsizing, growing families searching for more space, and so many others navigating their own exciting next chapter.

That’s the part of this career I love the most. Real estate is so much more than houses, contracts, and closing tables... I was connected with these two sometime last year, and our journey started by selling one of their investment properties. Not long after, we began casually looking for their next home before they headed off to their second home for a while.

When they came back this summer, we jumped right back in, touring homes, writing offers, laughing a lot, and navigating a couple of those disappointing moments when we missed out on homes in competitive situations.

But sometimes the ones you do not get make a lot more sense once you find the one you were supposed to have.

They ended up with my personal favorite house we toured. It has so much character, checked so many of their boxes, and just felt like such a great fit for them from the beginning. 🥹🔑

Somewhere between all the showings, offers, conversations, and laughs, these two became much more than clients. I have truly loved getting to know them and being part of this chapter with them.
