All apartments include stove, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. All apartments have central air conditioning. Trash dumpsters are located conveniently on the property. Coin operated laundry facilities in every building some on every floor. Covered parking space is available for a majority of the apartments. A security camera system is installed on the property with intercom system for each secured building. Roselawn Apartments are located within walking distances to the mall, grocery stores, and bank. Our four story building residents have an elevator for their convenience. There is also public transportation available. Pet Policy:

Turn South on Andrew Ave from Hwy 2; turn left on 10th Street at the 1st stop sign turn left into the community at the curve. Located at the corner 10th & K Street on the west side of town. Office is located in the 4 story building.

Good news! Power has been restored to the property. 🎉

Please be aware that it will take a couple of hours for the water heaters to return to full capacity, so hot water may be limited initially.

Also, please do not turn your A/C temperature down extremely low in an attempt to cool your unit faster. This can cause the A/C system to freeze up and stop working properly. Please allow the system time to bring your apartment back to a comfortable temperature.
