Re: Executive Order in Response to Covid-19

As you know, the Governor of The State of Indiana issued a Stay at Home Executive Order in Response to Covid-19 thru April 7, 2020.

The Stay at Home order provides an exemption for property management companies that provide building management and maintenance services for the operation of Essential Infrastructure.

Accordingly, Roselawn Apartments and its employees will continue to provide necessary property management services at our buildings and for our residents.

Our office will remain open Monday thru Friday by appointment only. Given current circumstances, and our Governor's request to comply with social distancing, we ask that if all possible you contact us by telephone as issues arise.

If you have questions, feel free to contact our office at 362-4473 or Amy at 219-608-9606.
