Due to the extreme cold we are closed today. La Porte is also on a travel watch only essential travel. There will be no mail delivery today due to the weather. Please stay warm and safe.

We are closing early due to the weather, please stay warm and inside. Any emergencies please call the answer service based on weather we will respond. All heat calls, if you furnace is having a hard time keeping your place warm, it is because it is having a hard time battling the cold outside. Bundle up until this event passes.

Residents, please pass this on to all neighbors. Due to driving conditions the manager cannot get on at this time. Please be aware that salt will not work on ice in severe negative weather. Local law enforcement asks you only go out if absolutely necessary. Take care.

Weather Alert!!!!

Starting this Tuesday thru Thursday the windchill factor will start at -10 degrees and continue into -40 degrees windchill. Please take the proper care and stay inside if at all possible. In these extreme temperatures frost bite can start in less than 10 minutes.

La Porte is on a travel advisory. Only necessary travel for your safety. Our snow vendor is on their way, but the slick roads are making travel hazardous. Please stay inside.

Big Storm coming this weekend. Plows will be out to clear and then return to clean up after the storm. If you see the plows please come out and move your car for easier clean up of the snow and ice. Please take proper precautions during the storm. go to the store before Saturday when the storm is due to hit.
