Pulaski County Properties We are a local family in Pulaski County, Missouri. We started investing in our community to provide quality homes for the people of Pulaski County.

Our goal is to locate houses that need work, renew the properties, and create homes for our neighbors. Have you ever drove down the road and saw that once nice home start to have issues? Often we think about what has happened to its owners. Did the owners move away? Was the house inherited? Did they have financial trouble? Either way the house is showing signs of struggles. After a while that home

can start effecting neighbors property values or be targets of trespassers. What we provide is a way to rehab that home before it has an effect on our community. We are looking to buy houses that are in need of renovation, rehab, and remodeling. After we take the time to renovate those houses we resale or rent them out to our community. We are looking for properties within Pulaski, Laclede, and Phelps county. However, we are open to homes outside our area was well.

We are a local family in Pulaski County, Missouri. We have lived and worked within the community for the last 14 years. Jamie is a teacher and Dustin is about to retire from the military next year. We started investing in our community to provide quality homes for the people of Pulaski County. When we started we noticed many older properties that have been past due on renovations. Our goal is to locate houses that need work, renew the properties, and create homes for our neighbors.
