I really, really love these people.

They're my colleagues, but they're also my friends and my family. And I don't think I could ever say enough good things about them.

Real estate is hard sometimes. This market has certainly tested all of us, but I am so proud of the way this crew continues to show up. For their clients, for each other, and for themselves.

We work hard. We laugh a lot. We talk a lot of s**t to each other.😂 We celebrate the wins and help each other through the hard stuff. We don't always get everything right, but we care, and we try. Every single day.

I never wanted to build a brokerage that was just a place for people to hang their licenses. I wanted to build something that mattered, with people who mattered to me, and that's exactly what I've done.

I'm grateful for them every day. For the work they do, the people they are, and the fact that I get to do this alongside them. ❤️

This year I have the privilege of serving as Campaign Chair for United Way of Albany County, and on September 24th, we’re kicking off our 68th annual campaign.

And I would really, really love for you to come. And if you can't come to donate. (see below, please and thank you).

It’s FREE. Come have a drink with me, eat some charcuterie, bid on some really great silent auction artwork, bring your friends, and spend an evening supporting the people and organizations that take care of our community every single day.

One of the things I love most about United Way is that you don’t have to decide which need matters most. Your support helps strengthen 16 local nonprofit partners doing all kinds of incredibly important work right here in Albany County.

So this is me calling in my people, my nonprofit friends, my business friends, my real estate people, my clients, my friends and neighbors, and anybody who loves this little community as much as I do.

Come hang out. Come bid. Come donate if you can. Come learn about the organizations doing the work.

Mostly, just come. Seeing a room full of people show up for this would mean more to me than you probably know.

We’re calling this year’s campaign ALL-IN, and I can’t think of a better way to start it. ❤️ LOVE YOU!

Today was the day for Joyce and Greg! It was also the day for my friends Andrea and David who closed remotely (my Sellers). This was a happy one filled with amazing and nice people and I just feel so grateful to have helped all of them buy and sell their home. 🙏🌼🏡✨🎉❤️ Also, big thanks to Dominick Romig for always giving money to people. 🫡👍

Tyson Cartwright closed a house and this is what he had to say: You know those people who just have a calmness about them? That’s Grant and Maddie.

Today they bought a bit of a fixer-upper in Centennial. And honestly, they’re the perfect couple for the job. They can look past the things that need to be fixed and see what it can eventually become.

Plenty of work ahead, but also a lot of good memories to come.

Congrats, guys! I’m excited to see what you do with the place.

🌳 A little love for West Laramie 💚

If you know us, you know we have a soft spot for this side of town. I live here. Original Realty Group works here. And I see the sparkle in West Laramie every single day.

That’s why I LOVE this project from Common Outdoor Ground. They’re working to add more trees to West Laramie neighborhoods and **eligible West Laramie residents can apply to receive a tree for FREE.** 🌳

More trees mean more shade, more beauty, more character, and neighborhoods that just keep getting better with time. And honestly? West Laramie deserves all of it.

The application is quick and easy, so if you live on the west side and have a spot that could use a tree, APPLY! And please share this with your West Laramie neighbors so we can get as many trees planted over here as possible.

We already think the west side is pretty special. Let’s make it a little greener, too. 💚
