Accompany Buyers to all Real Estate Appointments, such as: Showings, Home Inspecti

ons, Walk through, and Closings. Keep Buyers' information confidential unless authorized to disclose. Will not sell any property to the buyer, rather help the buyer purchase the best property for them. Research the subject property, do a market analyses and help by interpreting the data to determine the proper selling price. Write and present the offer with the buyer’s intentions and wishes in mind. Negotiate in favor of the buyer for the best price and terms. Renegotiate after the Home Inspection, if necessary. Advise Buyers on what to do after an unfavorable Home Inspection. Coordinate timelines and paperwork to ensure a smooth closing. Review Purchase and Sales document and work closely with the buyers' Attorney. For New Construction: Review specifications and advise Buyers, accompany buyers on initial Builder's meeting, and follow up by visiting the site periodically and updating the buyers to ensure a timely closing. Accompany the buyers on walk through and resolve any problems that arise. Accompany the buyers to the closing and review Settlement Papers. Seller Services:

But how much inventory has recovered is going to vary. In some areas, we’re back at more normal levels. But in others? We’ve still got a ways to go.
