I hate to do this to everyone, but I have to remind you; snow is on its way….

However, some good can come from this. Last year, Laramie launched a volunteer program that helped put citizens who were physically unable to shovel their driveways and sidewalks in touch with volunteers from around the community who were willing to help those in need. This year, the City of Laramie has partnered with the University of Wyoming SLCE office to kick off this effort once again.

I am a massive believer in leaning into change instead of fighting it. It is how we get ahead. AI is a powerful tool with numerous capabilities that enable us to accomplish more and, let's face it, make fewer spelling errors. While many are using an excessive amount of emojis and dashes, there is so much more to AI than writing your reports, or your latest selfie for the gram, or even helping organize your cabinets and grocery list. So, I am giving this a shot.

I am testing out my very first self-hosted podcast where I, a human, talk to AI. I'd like to share what I am doing and hear your thoughts on what you love or hate about it. Would you like to learn more about what is going on in our housing market? These episodes will probably last as long as it takes to pair all your mismatched socks or to tell your dog to go potty in the middle of the night, but it wants to lick each grass blade.
