Some closings are about a house. This one was about so much more. 🏔️

Today we officially closed on a mountain property that's been a beloved home for over 35 years — and watched another longtime resident get ready to begin their next adventure. And yes, they even brought Becca along to sign off on it. 🐾

It has been an absolute pleasure being their Realtor — but the greater privilege has been getting to know them over the years and being lucky enough to call them my friends. That's the part they don't teach you about this job: sometimes the people you work for become the people you cherish.

To a wonderful couple who turned a piece of this mountain into a place full of stories, wildlife, laughter, and love — thank you for trusting me with this. The mountain won't be the same without you, but you carry a little piece of it with you always.

Once mountain folk, always mountain folk. 💛

A fundraiser dear to my ❤️

🙋‍♀️ CALLING ALL WANNA RIDE HEROES! 🙋‍♂️

Our 5th Annual Memorial Ride & Scavenger Hunt is almost here (August 15th!), and we still need a few good humans to help us pull off the beautiful chaos. No ATV required — just a big heart and a willingness to jump in! Here's where we could use you:

🚛 THURSDAY, AUG 13 — Table & Chair Crew
Help us pick up, haul, and set up tables and chairs, plus a few odds and ends. Come for an hour or the whole day — many hands make light work!

🎨 FRIDAY, AUG 14 — Setup & Decorations (all day)
We're turning 2 Power Line Rd into a little slice of Italy 🇮🇹 and need help with setup and decorating. Come for an hour or stay all day — whatever time you can give, we'll take it!

🌅 SATURDAY MORNING, AUG 15 — please arrive by 8:30 AM so we can walk you through your role before the riders show up!
📋 Registration / check-in — 1 or 2 more folks
☕ Morning food & drink station — 2 folks
🏎️ Machine rental check-out — 1 or 2 folks

🏆 SATURDAY AFTERNOON, AUG 15
📸 Photo judges — 2 more (around 3:00 PM… yes, you get to laugh at all the entries 😂)
🎟️ 50/50 raffle ticket sellers — 2 folks (during lunch/entertainment, ~2:00 PM)
🎁 Punch box helpers — 1 for adults, 1 for the kiddos (after lunch)
💰 Cashier — 1 person for after the auction (3:00 PM)
🍝 Food line watchers — 2 folks to keep the buffet stocked (1:45 PM)

Every single volunteer makes a real difference for the Wyoming students we support through our scholarship program. 💜

🇺🇸 Willie Nelson says Happy 4th, neighbors!

Willie has appointed himself Chief of Patriotic Affairs for the entire mountain.

This is the Fourth of July up here — sunshine, quiet dirt roads, flags flying, and a good boy who's pretty sure the whole place belongs to him.

250 years of freedom is worth celebrating right.

Happy International Picnic Day! 🧺

Let's be honest — up here, "picnic" can mean a tailgate sandwich at the trailhead or a full spread on a blanket with the aspens whispering and not a soul in sight. Either way, the view's included 😉
