Chatham is hands down one of my favorite towns on the Cape 🤍 and CHATHAM ICE CREAM BARS at Buffy’s was definitely on our must-stop list.

They’re known for their homemade ice cream sandwich bars, so naturally we had to try one. 🍦 I went with the Lighthouse Beach “BRO” Bar, and my MIL had the Schoolhouse Pond bar, and let’s just say they did not disappoint!!! 🤤

And a little unexpected bonus; the iced matcha was damn good too! 💚 🍵

If you’re spending the day in Chatham, definitely add this cute little spot to your list. One of my favorite Cape finds! You’re welcome! 🫶🏻

I’m just SO grateful for the people who trust me with such a big part of their lives. There are a lot of houses, questions, offers and “is this the one?!” moments along the way, and I love being there for all of it. 🙏🏻

Courtney, thank you to you and Terence for trusting me, for the laughs, the Coffee Labs Roasters runs; and (most importantly), letting me get to know you and your family along the way. Finding this home (off-market) was pretty special, but the people are always my favorite part of this job. 🌟🙌🏻💚

And yes…I miss hanging out with you guys too. 😿
