Mamaroneck and Larchmont have some wonderful educational organizations that she was instrumental in developing. Edie served as the President of the Mamaroneck Schools Foundation, a non-profit group that raises private funds for the six public schools of Mamaroneck and Larchmont. Edie remains on the advisory board. Additional volunteer highlights include her role as PTA co-president at Central School, one of the four Larchmont-Mamaroneck elementary schools, serving on the Executive Committee at the Hommocks Middle School and serving on the Steering Committee for the Larchmont-Mamaroneck Hunger Task Force. Edie is also on the Board of Orienta Beach Club. Prior to the non-profit sector, Edie worked at Playtex Family Products and Ogilvy and Mather, managing several multi-million dollar package goods products. Edie’s strong business background in pricing, branding, positioning and marketing large businesses supports her real estate success. Her work as a focus group moderator honed her skills at facilitating discussion and careful listening. Edie attended Vassar College. She lives in Orienta, a section of Mamaroneck with her husband Rick. When not in the office, you’ll find her walking the neighborhood-famous, brown dog “Jack”, reading for book club or playing tennis at Orienta Beach Club. Her family belongs to Larchmont Temple.
