This one was definitely one for the books.

The first client I ever met through TikTok, and the first thing he said to me was:

“I’m looking for my forever home.”

No pressure, right? 😂

We looked at what felt like every house on the market. Some we loved, some we hated, and some were close but just weren’t quite right.

When he decided on 8 Fenwick Dr., I knew my job was just getting started.

After inspections, negotiations, repairs, and a lot of back-and-forth, we were able to secure the home $36,000 under asking price, get his repair requests addressed, and get him to the closing table in two weeks.
