En cuestión de horas, surgieron contratiempos graves. Un cliente no obtuvo su préstamo, requiriendo una solución inmediata. Además, he estado gestionando trámites urgentes para evitar la cancelación de un proyecto. Logré conseguir el préstamo para el cliente y sigo avanzando con la adquisición de propiedades.

Lo que comenzó como un día tranquilo visitando tres proyectos inmobiliarios en Seminole terminó convirtiéndose en un verdadero caos: comenzaron trabajos antes de tiempo, le negaron el préstamo a un cliente y me tocó buscar soluciones inmediatamente.

Esta es la realidad detrás de las inversiones inmobiliarias en Florida: los problemas aparecen sin avisar, pero nuestro trabajo es resolverlos y proteger a nuestros clientes.
