Need snow cleanup help in DC? ❄️

I know we’re all over this snow! Resources are limited right now, but if you or someone you know in DC is 60+ or has a disability, you can request free snow removal through the Serve DC Volunteer Snow Program.

Call 311 or visit snowteam.dc.gov

Please give these volunteers grace. It seems there is a lot of the city without proper equipment to address the snow AND now ice. I know everyone wants assistance.

Homeowners— don’t forget sidewalks are your responsibility. Let’s continue to look out for one another, because this storm was a big one!

There’s more snow expected this weekend, so now’s a great time to grab whatever you can as far as shovels and ice melt.

I’ll share more resources as I find them.
