Q2, in review.

It was a big quarter for our hometown! RangeWater Residential added 1,300 new units across the Atlanta MSA, continuing our growth across key markets throughout the Southeast and Texas.

This quarter’s highlights include:
• 7 communities added across Atlanta and Athens, Georgia
• 3 communities added across Tampa, Sarasota, and the Florida Panhandle
• 1 community added in the Dallas–Fort Worth market
• 184 new Rangers welcomed to the team

From expanding our footprint to growing our team, Q2 was another quarter of meaningful momentum for RangeWater.

Here’s to carrying that momentum into the second half of 2026.

Our 2026 CM Summit brought Rangers from across the country together to celebrate achievements, strengthen our culture, and invest in what’s ahead.

From meaningful conversations and inspiring leadership to recognizing outstanding accomplishments during the Range On Awards, this year’s summit reinforced what makes RangeWater different.

Meet Andrew Murdoch, 5Q IT Contractor with RangeWater Residential.

In this interview, Andrew shares how 5Q supports the large scale of RangeWater’s operations through internal teamwork and communication. He highlights the unique circumstances of working for 5Q while spending majority of his time in the RangeWater corporate office, which has allowed him to form strong external partnerships with RangeWater employees.

For Andrew, the most rewarding part of his job is helping people and improving technology literacy. He reflects on his approach to the challenge of consistently and efficiently supporting RangeWater’s company growth, while also expressing his pride in his rewarding efforts to educate people about cybersecurity and safe technology practices.

Our Colorado team had the privilege of participating in Apartments Give Back last week, an annual initiative hosted by the Apartment Association of Metro Denver benefiting Family Homestead.

From painting and landscaping to hands-on maintenance projects, volunteers across the industry came together to make a real, tangible difference for individuals and families experiencing transitional housing.

Seeing an entire industry unite around a shared mission is exactly the kind of work that reminds us why community matters. Proud of our team for showing up and giving it their all.
