Mobile home sales in Florida are through the ROOF! I'm seeing homes going for 7K and up! Its one sure way of homeowning
on a affordable budget! The majority of mobile home parks down here pay for lawn service, water, sewer and trash! Every park has their own lot rents and amenities! Pools, tennis, shuffleboards, hot tubs, and BINGO to boot!

There is so much going on in Florida these days! Having a Lil cold spell but next week it should be in upper 70's!
