Allow me to reintroduce myself. I’m Anja.
I moved to the U.S. in 2013, earned my MBA, and built my career across multiple sides of the real estate world, working with investors in single-family acquisitions, underwriting properties, getting deals under contract, representing builders, and helping clients buy and sell their homes.
That experience shapes how I approach every deal: strategic pricing, strong negotiation, and decisions that make sense long after closing day.

Exciting news! As my family and I get ready to move to Albuquerque, we just got under contract on this amazing 5-bedroom, 3-bath, 2,480 sq. ft. home! 🏡 We can’t wait to make it our own and start the renovations. I’ll be sharing all the little projects and progress updates right here! It’s move in ready but can definitely use some upgrades.

I currently have my eye on the market and am thinking about pulling the trigger on a property 👀
We’re seeing steady interest rates and a consistent demand for quality homes, which is contributing to a stable environment for long-term investments.

Why am I considering investing now?
Interest Rates: While they’re not at historic lows, interest rates are still favorable, making borrowing costs manageable for buyers.
Market Demand: The demand for well-maintained, move-in-ready homes remains strong, which could translate into quicker sales and solid returns on investment.
Property Value: In many areas, property values have stabilized, offering the potential for steady appreciation over time.
