A few years ago, I had the honor of helping this family buy their home when they PCS’d to Las Cruces. What started as a real estate relationship turned into a friendship and that is one of the best parts of this business. Now, as much as I hate seeing good friends move on, it was time for them to head to their next overseas assignment. This time, I had the privilege of helping them sell the same home I helped them buy.

For military families, a PCS is never just a move. There are orders, timelines, movers, report dates, housing decisions, and the real concern of getting stuck paying for two homes if everything does not line up correctly. That is why having someone who understands the military side of the move matters. I’m grateful they trusted me when they arrived in Las Cruces, and I’m grateful they trusted me again when it was time to move on to their next chapter.

Another successful closing for one of our military clients 🇺🇸🏡

This seller received overseas PCS orders, which meant timing wasn’t just important… it was mission critical.

you’re probably leaving money on the table.

Not a little either.

I’m talking:
• Higher monthly payments than you should have
• Losing deals you could’ve won
• Paying more than you needed to

And it’s not your fault.

Most people — including some agents and lenders — don’t fully understand how to structure VA offers in today’s market.

So buyers get told:
“VA is harder”
“VA is weaker”
“VA won’t get accepted”

That’s just not true.

The VA loan is one of the strongest tools you have…

…but only if you know how to use it.

This one meant a lot.

These clients aren’t just clients… they’re friends, repeat customers, fellow VFW members, and a proud veteran family. It’s always an honor to serve those who’ve served, and even more special when you get to help people you genuinely know and respect.

We successfully sold their home here in Las Cruces, and now they’ve officially closed on their next chapter — a new home in Corpus Christi near the beach 🌊☀️
